Blue Stakes of Utah Accomplishes Business Mission with MWT
Blue Stakes of Utah, a utility detection center, selected Mountain West Telecom as the telecommunications vendor of choice based on their ability to provide a "One Call" solution to Blue Stakes' telephone switch and call recording as well as carrier services support and maintenance agreements.
The turn-key solution assisted Blue Stakes greatly by limiting the number of vendors, manufacturers, and service providers needing to be contacted individually to provide the equipment and services needed to accomplish their mission of providing efficient and cost-effective customer service throughout the state of Utah.
W. Gary Hansen, executive director of Blue Stakes Utah, stated, "Customers we serve benefit directly from the services offered by Mountain West Telecom such as the 24/7 service support and emphasis on educating companies like Blue Stakes on the latest and greatest solutions available in the industry that can enhance performance and customer service."
Mr. Hansen went on to say, "I am extremely pleased with the outcome of Blue Stakes' decision to partner with Mountain West Telecom as our vendor of choice in providing the hardware, software, and services we need as a one-call center."
