Mountain West Telecom Acquires
Teleconnex Utah Offices

UT–-May 1, 2003 – Mountain West Telecom, Utah’s largest privately
held telecommunications solutions provider, has acquired the
assets and customer base of Teleconnex in Utah.

Already the largest privately held telecommunications solutions
provider in Utah, Mountain West Telecom doubled its customer base
with the acquisition of IKON Office Solutions’ Salt Lake City
division last year.
Teleconnex is based in Colorado and also has offices in Denver and
San Antonio. They are a Mitel Platinum Dealer. Mountain West
Telecom installs and services a range of leading brands including
Avaya, Cisco, Inter-Tel, and Microsoft, Qwest, Sprint and Mitel.
Mountain West will service Teleconnex’s existing customer base,
including Tie, Nitsuko and Norstar systems.
