Our History

Mountain West Telecom, formerly known as Executone Mountain West, was founded in 1947 as an intercom and sound systems provider.

The company installed one of Utah’s first business telephone systems. Today it is the most experienced and largest privately- held telecommunications company in the state, providing  a full range of voice, data and call center solutions to thousands of businesses both national and international.

The acquisition the Salt Lake City division of IKON Telecommunications in 2002 nearly tripled Mountain West's customer base.
